Hi!

Using Cygwin 1.3.3-2, how do I go about building a library (normally .a) as
a DLL (relocations section too) and then using this in my programs?

It would make my life and that of the users of my programs much easier.

Also, can I use the dl function in windows under cygwin like I can in linux?
