Have you looked at:

http://www.cygwin.com/xfree/
http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-xfree/
http://www.cygwin.com/xfree/docs/ug/setup.html

You will need XFree86 compiled for cygwin, which will include
an X Server. Or you could get one of the various commercial
X Servers that are out there (HummingBird's Exceed, etc).

Once you setup, configure, startup your X Server on your PC,
then you can export DISPLAY=your-pc-hostname:0 from your Unix
machine to display X client windows on your PC.

The XFree86 list mentioned above is the appropriate place to
ask questions if you run into problems installing/running.

Dear sir/madam:

Can I export display from another Solaris machine to the Windows 2000
machine that has cygwin installed on it.

Thanks
