How does one paste in a cygwin port of rxvt using a 2-button mouse? I would like to paste using a pseudo middle-button by chording the first and second mouse buttons, the same way I do in rxvt under X11. Is there any way to do this? I saw one reference in the FAQ to using .inputrc to bind the insert key to paste-from-clipboard, but that won't help with chorded mouse input, will it?
