I believe that I've mentioned the functions in the past in this mailing
list.  I don't recall what they are anymore.  Maybe it was something
basic like the inability to create mutexes, semaphores, or something.

Hmm.  MSDN shows that CE has a cmd.exe that can be run.  I think this is
new.  Well, maybe that's one obstacle you won't have to worry about.
