I can't take these thanks without passing on them to Fred Yankowski
<fred@ontosys.com> for major contributions which let postgreSQL run
smoothly under cygrunsrv and Charles S. Wilson <cwilson@ece.gatech.edu>
for the major part of the documentation, though.
