Create a shortcut to "%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe". Then right click on the shortcut, select Properties, and check the box 'Run as different user.' Now when you click that shortcut a dialog will pop up asking which user you'd like to run it as. When the DOS CLI opens up, just \cygwin\cygwin.bat (or where ever you have it located) to run the cygwin batch file. This works on most other shortcuts, too. However, the 'Run as different user' box is greyed out on the cygwin shortcut. Probably because it's a shortcut to a batch file (?). Hope this helps. Sure does beat logging in and out all the time. And obviously, this is refering to NT and 2000 boxes (I'm using 2000).
