Subject: search.h library not included?

I have a program I'm attempting to compile on cygwin that requires
the binary tree routines (tsearch, twalk, etc.).  These are normally
defined in search.h and found in libc.  Unfortunately, cygwin
appears not to include this.  Is there a replacement?
