Well, I've gotten no complaints or bug reports on this release,
soooo....any objections if I remove the "test" designation?

BTW, you'll note that the download size has shrunk from 2.5M to 1.1M by
removing the static executables (static lib is still there).  Who says
the cygwin dist always gets bigger? :-)
