Since Cygwin 1.3.x hasn't been officially released, I obviously was
not referring to that.  If I wanted someone to try a snapshot, I would
have said "try a snapshot".

At any event, this sounds like something that needs to be debugged by
someone who is actually experiencing the problem.  Let me know when
you all figure it out.
