For some reason, setup fails to see that crypt-1.0-1 & gawk-3.0.4-1 are
currently downloaded (and installed) and proceeds to re-download them.

This appears to be because crypt-1.0 & gawk-3.0.4 are already present and
setup determines that they are the latest versions.
