Oh, yeah -- please don't be too hard on Andy.  He made an *idle comment*
on the XEmacs-NT list; I did not realize that it would cause outrage on
the cygwin list.  Don't blame him; he didn't ask for "the cygwin folks"
to do anything -- he just commented that he believed the "cygwin folks"
ought to do something.

But he did not take the step of actually asking us cygwin folks to do
it.

I am sorry for what could be construed as a breach of netiquette in
forwarding his message from one list to the other; blame me and not him
for any residual outrage.

Again, sorry for the fracas.
