    To whom it may concern,

    I have down loaded this Release and my computer tells me that it can not 
find DLL file ( CYGWIN 1. DLL ) Is this something I must down load as well. I 
wish to use this, however if there is another for a first time user that is 
not so hard to understand, I will welcome your advise.
