I don't think this is necessary, Chris. GNU sh-utils 2.0 was released last
August and it does not have this problem. By the way, sh-utils 2.0 compiles
and seems to work very well with Cygwin 1.17. At least it passes all 103
tests and I spot checked each of the commands. Perhaps an update could be
included for Cygwin in the near future.
