As far as Cygwin 1.2, I hate to burst your bubble, but if it is released
it will be a stable release based on some older version of Cygwin.

I guess we should rename the DLL to 1.3.0 now, since 1.2 should be available
in a couple of months.  It's not likely that Red Hat will be producing a
commercial computer-store version of the product, though.  Sorry.  Sigh.
