No.  bub's rxvt port will use regular Windows fonts: -fn "Lucida
Console-11" for 11pt Lucida Console.  Try "Lucida ConsoleP" from
http://www.neuro.gatech.edu/users/cwilson/cygutils/unversioned/bashprompt/index.html
-- it has the "right" encoding for ascii graphic characters...
