NO!!!

Don't use WinZip to create a full archive from the Cygwin tree.
WinZip doesn't preserve the system bit which flags symlinks.
WinZip doesn't preserve empty directories (/tmp for example).

What you _can_ do is create a WinZip archive of the installation
directory (which contains the `latest' and `contrib' directories)
and after unpacking the archive start `setup.exe'.
