This is a typing error, isn't it? You perhaps meant F:\cygwin\usr\bin.

You know, it's still 2.3.0p1 which has a known hanging problem
independent of Cygwin. In just a few days the 2.3.1p1 version
is expected which solves some of the problems I hope.
