Hi, 

I am trying to telnet from cygwin-1.1.7 to IRIX64 6.2. My 
CYGWIN is set to tty in WinNT environment, my TERM is cygwin. 
I copied to `cygwin' terminfo entry to IRIX. I tried following 
TERM settings on IRIX vt100, ansi and cygwin. 

I have a problem running `resize' in all three cases - it will timeout
unless I press enter.
It seems like vi does not work correctly if TERM=cygwin. 
I am wondering is it a normal behavior ?
