There's no obvious way for me to limit what gets downloaded.  Is there
someplace I can look to see how to say I do or don't want particular
packages?

For example, today I just received perl-5.6.1-1.tar.gz.  I had already
downloaded and built my own copy and added the modules I needed and would
prefer not do download another version.
