Too many input files perhaps?;-) Seriously, unless someone is going to go hunt through code to look for this message which may or may not be coming from cpp, its unlikely that you're going to get much of an answer. Your best bet, assuming you want someone to help you find your problem, is to send more information about what you're doing and what your configuration is.
