I could be wrong about this, but downloading it seems to be a MSDN developer
only thing on their site.  I read something else about those two tools being
in VALUEADD\MSFT\MGMT\MS_SMS\SMSMAN.EXE on the Win2k CD, but I can't figure
out how to get this installer working.  It needs to find a "Systems
Mangaement Server" in order to install.

He's running sshd on W2K and seems to be having none of these problems.
Could it be related to my machine being a PDC?

I'm going to try messing with more of the NT permissions tomorrow morning.
Very late and I have a massive headache.  Thanks for your help.
