Before the flames start coming: yes, I did try to download the latest version (several times) *before* trying the upgrade. Somehow, Go!Zilla tricked me (I had to remove setup.exe to correctly download the right version). Anyway, this case is now closed. Thanks to DJ and Earnie, and my apologies to everybody for the noise.
