I'm going to guess by "browse", you mean you can't use "ls" on something 
outside of "/" (I'm just guessing here because you really haven't been 
clear about what you're looking for).  In general, I would suggest you 
check the FAQ first for questions like these and at least give a try at the
email archives if you need a second.  For the answer to the question that
