B20 is not the latest version. The latest version is 1.1.4.
Change to the projects homepage

	http://www.cygwin.com

and click on the link "Install Cygwin now" on the right sight.
This will download a tool called "setup.exe". Start it and
follow the instructions resp. answer the questions.
