Subject: Adding Cygwin FAQ to distro

Hello,

It would be really nice if the Cygwin packages included a documentation
package which contained the Cygwin FAQ and other Cygwin documentation.
Alternatively the Cygwin FAQ could be distributed with the Cygwin package
itself and installed somewhere such as under /usr/doc/cygwin. There are
users that cannot connect to the web all the time and would rather have
everything on the hard drive after installation rather than having to
browse the web.

Thanks!

Neil
