I just updated my CVS tree.  Zsh builds fine but dies in the
initialization phase when loading libzsh-3.1.9-dev6.dll.

I haven't debugged this very much.  Do you know why this would happen?
I've tried using both the released binutils and the latest binutils from
sourceware.
