Subject: newlib man pages


As a quick hack, I've extracted man pages from the newlib sources.  I
put a copy on sources.redhat.com so they'll get installed
automatically, but if you're impatient, see http://www.delorie.com/cygwin/

Note that these only include the newlib functions that are already
documented in newlib (like fread, memcmp, printf) but not the ones
provided by cygwin itself (like read, stat, symlink).  Like I said,
this was a quick hack to get *some* man pages for cygwin.

Anyone who complains about not having man pages for other cygwin
functions is hereby volunteered to write them ;-)
