Subject: Problems with sockets under CygWin

I don't know maybe I do something wrong
but after upgrading cygwin to current version
I have problem with opening sockets
I found problems with all programs which have been compiled with cygwin
changing cygwin1.dll to older, or reinstaling to older version doesn't help
:((

ie.
takeda@TAKEDA ~/cvs
$ cvs update -A
cvs [update aborted]: connect to cvs.eggheads.org:2401 failed: The
descriptor is a file, not a socket

BTW: TCL scripts haven't those problems ...
I don't know what to do... please help me.

Regards,
TaKeDa
