If everything is installed to c:\cygnus, then this really should be
your root (/) mount.  Otherwise, you've got to create separate mounts
for

	c:\cygnus\etc	/etc
	c:\cygnus\lib	/lib
	c:\cygnus\tmp	/tmp
	c:\cygnus\usr	/usr
	c:\cygnus\var	/var

in addition to c:\cygnus\bin that you already mentioned.
