In response to a previous post someone asked:
Why did you dl pdcurses?  Cygwin ships with ncurses.

Is he correct?

If so where is ncurses?  lib path, include path.

I have searched until I'm sick and can't find anything relating cygwin to 
ncurses; not on my computer and not on the net.

What's the URL to the cygwin mailing list archieves anyhow?
