Dumb question. Where would one find these packages? I found
them on my RedHat/VA 6.2 box in /usr/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages
and ftp'ed them to contrib/xemacs/lisp/xemacs-base and efs.
I think I'm missing something, like how to activate them once
they are in the lisp directory????

Or, would I be better getting sources and building it out
of the box?

Thanks,
