As the cygwin population grows, we're going to run into non-English speaking people more often. We have lots of non-English-speaking people on the DJGPP list, and we've had good luck getting non-English responses to them. The rule we use there is: Don't tell people not to post in their native languages. People who don't post in English usually realize that the chances of getting a reply are less, but perhaps they don't know English?
