ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/reskit/nt40/i386/srvany_x86.exe
It comes with the NT or 2K resource kits.  If you have the resource kit a
slightly more user friendly GUI install utility can be found in srvinstw.exe

The version on Microsoft's ftp site is meant as a bug fix for people who
own the resource kit.  Your conscience may vary.
