Hi,

I am trying to install cygwin on my Windows 2000 system. I am following the
procedure as posted but the installation process is freezing, forcing me to
restart my computer, when the following message is displayed:

	Installing:
		cygwin-1.1.2.tar.gz
		c:/cygwin/bin/mingwc10.dll

Any ideas as to why?
