MIME-Version: 1.0 From: Niels.S.Olsen/CPH@manbw.dk TO: cygwin@sources.redhat.com Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII Content-Disposition: inline; filename="BDY.TXT" ;Creation-Date="Fri, 14 Jul 2000 11:31:58 +0200" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Mark, I (naturally) had the same problem unpacking the gcc sources. Tar complained about libiberty. I resolved that by first creating the directory common/libiberty next to the gcc2.95.2-2/ directory, so that tar could place the files by following the libiberty symlink in gcc-2.95.2-2/. Then tar completes without error. Best regards, Niels -- Niels Skou Olsen, M.Sc. Intelligent Engine, R&D MAN B&W Diesel A/S mailto://nso@manbw.dk -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
