Hi, Ive installed cygwin via the setup.exe program (internet option) 
and chose the default \cygein directory as the root. but now when i 
try to run cygwin from the start menu it says it cant find 
CYGWIN1.DLL. The file does exist -- its under \cygwin\usr\bin\

Could someone please email me what I need to do to get the program to 
find the lib? (BTW during the installation it complained about not 
being able to set protections and/or some files missing)
