Subject: [UPDATE] man: minor update


latest/man/man-1.5g-2.tar.gz

David O'Shea has patched man.conf to change "latin1" to "ascii" to get
rid of the "strange characters" that appear when using man.  Note: if
you want to edit /usr/lib/man.conf yourself, you do not need to also
install this package.  Just look for -Tlatin1 and replace them with
-Tascii
