hi there,

Is there a possibility to select() normal filedescriptors 
(no sockets - that i know) ?

How can i set filedescriptor's (also from a _pipe()) attributes 
like blocking behaviour and inheritance when spawnl()ing ? Is it
possible NOT to inherit sockets ?
