You do not have a
127.0.0.1:0.0 localhost

entry in your /etc/hosts file, as explained before.
The server is attempting to open local (localhost) connection.

Could you add localhost and also
the IP address for jgrishaw-nthome in /etc/hosts
(winnt/system32/etc/hosts) file

<ip.address.of.your.machine>  jgrishaw-nthome
