This jerk wn't give up.  I had his account cancelled twice, once $200 fine
by Netcome and then $200 fine next time MindSpring.

Could all the users please forward his message, with complete header, to
Internal Revenue Services (IRS) at net-abuse@nocs.insp.irs.gov?
IRS has recently started going after spammers and investigate if they made
money from spam.
