A couple of users reported some problems with Lapack precompiled
library.  I have uploaded the latest version of LPACK (lapack version 3.0)
to http://www.geocities.com/ResearchTriangle/Forum/6298

This release fixex the unresolved symbols problems reported by
two users.  It is also an ugrade to the latest version of LAPACK 3.0
which was released on June 30th, by netlib.org.

You will need GCC-2.95 to use it.
