I have an application which uses several DLLs:

- NT dll
- DLLs linked by me with MSVC
- DLLs linked by me with cygnus

When I start up the executable, the following system message appears:

"
Application Error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000018). Click on OK to 
terminate the application
"


Any ideas?
