I moved the Cygwin FAQ to:

	http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/faq/

It defaults to a two-pane view which should make it easier to look up
multiple questions.  There's also options for a no-frames version
(multiple files), a single monolithic HTML file, and a plain ASCII
file.  Browsers not supporting frames will get the no-frames version
automatically.  As usual, comments to me.
