[Steve (sh@sgi.com) had trouble getting beta 2 ISC DHCP server running on W95]

I got the server to run on W95b with Winsock 2 using cygwin b19. I had to workaround a system crash (out of memory) associated with syslog calls but otherwise it worked OK. Only 1 ethernet i/f, but I guess WS2 is a lot more intelligent about multiple i/fs so that may be your solution.
