Like a lot of other companies in the Valley, Cygnus Solutions has quite a
few open positions.  If you might be interested in any of the following,

The current US opening are for:
        1       User Interface engineer
        1       Test engineer
        1       Technical writer
        2       Senior gcc engineers
        2       Intermediate gcc engineers
        2       Junior gcc engineers
        1       Senior gdb engineer
        1       Intermediate gdb engineer
        1       Release engineer - NT
      
The current UK openings are for:
        1       Test/release engineer
        3       User interface engineers

Experience with gnu-win32 is highly desirable for the NT Release Engineer
position.  Experience with using embedded tools is a big plus for all
open positions.
