I installed pgcc (version pgcc-2.95.2 19991024) on an IBM ThinkPad 390X,
running in Mandrake Linux for Windows.

When I tried to compile a simple "Hello World" program, I got the
following error message:

gcc installation problem, cannot exec 'as': No such file or directory


Any suggestions?
