No, there is not a changelog, and indeed no file in the main branch has
been updated since that time (it's only a mirror). I do want to mirror it
regularly, but I am happy enough when I can follow gcc development at this
time (I am pretty busy, and my only concern at the moment is keeping pgcc
running, while adding new features to both gcc and pgcc).
