I can not thing of any (intel x86 at least) cpu that can use such.
Itanium (stupid name, Merced was better) however I do believe will be
able to. Also, some platforms like ARM are also capable of using this
information. Intel x86 however has no way (that I know of, and I really
do not know much) to be told such information.
