I realized that when I saw the mail, so I wanted to explain
why that person got so upset.

If you report a bugfix, the help you get is that it will 
probabely be fixed in the next release. That isn't asking
for help, but if you want a way to circumvent the problem, 
you're asking for help.

Some weird bug in my brain that'll certainly be fixed in the next
release :-)

The problem for you with the CC answers was in one of the 
previous mails so I won't repeat it here.
