1) unfortunately, true.
2) RBL would only affect real connections from AOL, not faked.

this would be fixed by making the list subscriber only with non-subscriber
bouncing to a moderator.  the moderator can then further automate by
rejecting "FREE $$$" type emails with procmail; "pgcc ..." automatically
getting sent to the list...etc.
